Mechanic - Project 1
Sarens Projects is for the upcoming 3 years involved in a huge industrial building project, located in Antwerp harbor region. On the project site, we will deliver all kinds of hoisting services, as from the smallest lift till the biggest load-out, in a safe, qualitative and efficient way.

As a mechanic, you will be involved in keeping the fleet of equipment on the job site op INEOS Project One in optimal condition. During the peak of the project, there will be more than 50 mobile telescopic cranes working, about ten trucks with trailers and all kinds of auxiliary equipment. More than enough to get started and indulge your technical passion.
Your job as a Technician in a nutshell:
- Inspecting and checking the current condition of equipment.
- Preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Reporting any additional/unusual malfunctions, deviations, damage, etc.
- Applying the safety rules within Sarens at all times.
In this position, you will report to the Fleet Coordinator Project One and work closely with the Technicians and the on-site operations crew.
PROFILE
We are looking for a problem-solving Handy Harry who has been bitten by heavy equipment.

Eye for safety
Doer mindset
Interest in large machines, exceptional works and technology in general
These profile characteristics are a strong asset :
Experience in maintenance or repair of heavy equipment.
Strong knowledge of mechanics and / or hydraulics.
Fluent in English (reading and speaking).
Basic computer skills.
VCA - certificate (or equal)
