As a HIAB Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of lifting operations using a loader crane mounted on a truck. You will operate within a dynamic project environment, supporting logistics and lifting activities on site.

You ensure that all lifting operations are carried out in accordance with the applicable safety regulations, procedures, and project requirements. You work closely with riggers, supervisors, and site management to guarantee smooth and efficient daily operations.

• Perform lifting operations using a HIAB / loader crane in a safe and controlled manner
• Transport materials and equipment to and from designated locations on site
• Interpret and follow lifting plans, signals, and instructions
• Carry out pre-operational checks and basic maintenance of the vehicle and crane
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards and procedures at all times
• Report any technical issues, incidents, or unsafe situations immediately
• Maintain clear communication with colleagues and site management
• Support general site logistics when required

• You already hold the EU Citizenship
• Proven experience as a HIAB / loader crane operator
• Valid certificates for loader crane operation (e.g. hijsbewijs / code 95 where applicable)
• Driving license C or CE
• Good understanding of safety regulations in industrial environments
• Basic technical knowledge of cranes, hydraulics, and vehicles
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexible and willing to work in a project-based environment
• Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch
