Skilled – Precise – Hands‑on
You'll work at our workshop in Hradec Králové or Most, maintaining and repairing cranes that keep our projects moving across the Czech Republic. You’ll carry out mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance and keep our fleet safe, reliable and ready for action. You’ll document your work with precision and report directly to the Fleet Manager. In this role, you become part of Team Blue and help bring "Nothing Too Heavy, Nothing Too High" to life.

Your job in a nutshell:
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on cranes in the workshop
• Identify and request required spare parts
• Complete documentation such as timesheets, schedules and reports
• Work safely and follow Sarens procedures and standards
• Report directly to the Fleet Manager and collaborate with the workshop team

You bring strong technical skills, curiosity and pride in your craft. You enjoy solving technical challenges, keeping machinery in top condition and working with a safety-first mindset. Requirements:
• Technical secondary education (mechanics, machine construction or similar)
• Experience in repairing cranes or similar heavy machinery
• Ability to read technical instructions and work independently
• Safety‑minded attitude and reliability
