Your job in a nutshell:
• You represent Sarens and its crane rental solutions across your assigned region.
• You actively drive new business and convert prospects into long‑term partnerships.
• You provide regular consultation and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• You create and present tailored proposals and technical solutions.
• You lead price and contract negotiations to close sales.
• You monitor competitors and industry trends in the lifting and transport sector.
• You conduct on‑site client visits and attend industry events.
• You manage and develop strategic accounts with a long‑term perspective.
• You identify growth opportunities and lead contract negotiations.
• You coordinate with internal teams to ensure safe, timely and cost‑effective project delivery.
• You monitor client satisfaction and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
• You prepare forecasts, budgets and commercial reports for senior management.

You are commercially minded and combines technical insight with strong relationship skills. You thrive in project‑driven environments, take ownership from first contact to final delivery, and feel comfortable managing customer accounts with high autonomy. Required
• Proven experience in sales or key account management within equipment rental, construction or industrial services.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience with contract management and budgeting.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Valid driving licence.
• Experience in a similar role within construction, crane or equipment rental.
Preferred
• Knowledge of the crane rental or lifting industry.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
• Exposure to project‑based environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
