As Key Account Manager in Atyrau, Kazakhstan, you’ll take ownership of driving sales and building strong client relationships in the lifting and heavy transport sector. You’ll identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction through close collaboration with operations and technical teams. Your role will be key in expanding Sarens’ presence in the region and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Your job in a nutshell:

• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and contracts.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular communication and support.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery.
• Track project execution and follow-up on invoicing/payment.
• Maintain records in CRM and provide regular sales performance reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in taxi crane services.
• Achieve defined sales and business development targets.
• Reporting line: You’ll report to the Country Manager and collaborate with technical and operations teams.
