Key Account Manager

Commercial – Driven – Relationship‑focused

As a Key Account Manager in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, you play a central role in growing our presence across the region. You build long‑term partnerships with clients who rely on technical precision, trust and delivery. From first contact to contract signature and after‑sales support, you own the full commercial journey. You work closely with technical and operational teams to turn customer needs into safe, reliable solutions.

Your job in a nutshell:

  • Identify and develop new clients who benefit from our heavy lifting and technical solutions
  • Visit customers, construction sites and project locations across Uzbekistan
  • Build, manage and grow long‑term customer relationships
  • Understand and translate customer requirements into commercial proposals
  • Prepare quotations, analyse costs and manage commercial margins
  • Negotiate tenders, contracts and commercial terms
  • Close sales and ensure a smooth handover to operations
  • Provide pre‑sales technical support in collaboration with internal experts
  • Coordinate sales projects with engineering, operations and HQ support teams
  • Resolve customer issues and provide after‑sales support
  • Meet agreed sales targets and report on pipeline and performance
  • You report to the Regional Sales Manager and work closely with local and international teams

ABOUT YOU

You are **commercially sharp**, **comfortable in technical discussions** and enjoy building trust across cultures. You take ownership, communicate clearly and feel confident representing a global, family‑owned company. You combine persistence with professionalism and know how to close deals while protecting long‑term relationships.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics or another business‑related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales or account management role
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong verbal and non‑verbal communication skills
  • Conversational proficiency in Chinese (required)
  • Good business acumen and understanding of commercial negotiations
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with wider teams
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region
