Commercial – Driven – Relationship-Builder
Based in Astana, you’ll take ownership of growing Sarens’ crane rental business by building strong client partnerships and securing new contracts. You’ll combine technical understanding with commercial sharpness to offer the right lifting solutions. From first contact to contract signing, you guide clients with confidence and precision. You operate at the front line of our business, where relationships and results move together.

Your job in a nutshell:
• You drive new business by actively identifying and acquiring clients within the crane rental market
• You build long-term partnerships and grow key accounts across industries
• You prepare tailored commercial offers, lead negotiations, and close contracts with confidence
• You manage all client interactions in CRM and keep reporting sharp and up to date
• You represent Sarens at tenders, exhibitions, and industry events in Kazakhstan
• You work closely with our technical teams to match the right equipment to each project
• You deliver on monthly and yearly sales targets and take ownership of your results
• You report to the Sales / Country Manager and collaborate closely with technical and operations teams
ABOUT YOU
You thrive in a technical, client-facing environment where you can combine relationship building with commercial ownership. You bring a results-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and the confidence to navigate complex sales cycles. You understand the value of precision, reliability, and trust in the heavy lifting industry.
Required:
• Higher education in a technical or commercial field
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience
• Proven ability to close deals and manage key accounts
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region
• Professional working proficiency in English and/or Kazakh/Russian
Preferred:
• Experience in heavy equipment, crane rental, or industrial machinery
• Knowledge of the lifting equipment market
