Sales Support Coordinator

In Almaty, you’ll support the coordination of complex wind energy tenders that move real projects forward. You bring structure to multiple workstreams, ensure every document is spot-on, and keep timelines tight. Working closely with sales, technical and logistics teams, you act as the backbone of tender preparation and business support. This is a hands-on role where your precision directly impacts project success.

Your job in a nutshell:
- Prepare, organise, and manage tender documentation across different project scopes
- Coordinate input from internal teams (sales, technical, logistics, finance)
- Track tender timelines and ensure submissions meet all deadlines
- Maintain structured documentation and strict version control
- Support the Business Development Manager (BDM) with administrative and commercial tasks
- Assist in creating reports, presentations, and commercial documentation
- Based in Almaty, reporting to the Sales Department and supporting the BDM within a project-driven team
ABOUT YOU
You bring structure where others see complexity. With a sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills, you manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy. You communicate confidently in English (written and spoken) and feel comfortable working across teams. If you also speak Chinese, that gives you an extra edge.
You enjoy supporting technical and commercial processes and take pride in delivering accurate, well-organised work that enables others to perform at their best.
Required:
- 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or office-based role
- Good working level of English (spoken and written)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Preferred:
- Chinese language skills
- Technical background or affinity with engineering projects
- Experience with tender documentation, logistics, or project coordination
