Finance Manager
As Finance Manager, you are responsible for the overall financial management of the organization, ensuring strong financial performance, compliance, and operational efficiency. You provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions, oversee budgeting, reporting, treasury, and tax activities, and maintain robust financial controls. Working closely with management, regional finance teams, and external stakeholders, you drive financial discipline while leading and developing the finance team to achieve business objectives.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
- Experience in handling audits and working with external auditors and tax consultants
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Experience in multinational companies or project-based industries is an advantage
- Familiarity with heavy lifting, transportation, engineering, or construction-related industries is an advantage
